At Nexo Kinetics, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page explains how you can request the permanent deletion of your account in our mobile application.

Steps to Delete Your Account

To delete your Nexo Kinetics account, follow these steps from the mobile app:

Open the Nexo Kinetics mobile app

Sign in with your credentials if you haven't already.

Tap the user icon in the top right corner

This icon will take you to your personal profile within the app.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen

You will find the "Delete Account" button at the bottom of your profile page.

Press the "Delete Account" button

You will be asked to confirm your decision before proceeding with permanent deletion.

Confirm the deletion

Once confirmed, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

What Data is Deleted

Data deleted immediately:

  • Personal profile information (name, email, photo)
  • Training data and logged exercises
  • Personal statistics and performance metrics
  • Test and physical evaluation history
  • Personalized training plans
  • Completed wellness surveys
  • App preferences

Data temporarily retained:

  • Security and audit logs: Retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal and security requirements.
  • Billing data: If you made purchases, transaction records are retained for 5 years per Argentine fiscal regulations.
  • Anonymous aggregated data: Some data may be retained in anonymous and aggregated form for statistical analysis and service improvement, without the possibility of personal identification.

  • Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
  • You will not be able to recover your data once the account is deleted.
  • If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it before deleting your account.
  • The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete fully in our systems.
